Habit no 1-Visualization 


Things we have today, Such as computer mobile phone internet train or aeroplane,A few days ago all this was a fantasy,But today it is the reality. People who have invented all these,they  first thought about it,That's why all this has invented.What you want to do or what you want to be,If you can not imagine it then you will never be able to do that. All successful people who have succeeded in their own  field,That small success or big,It started with visualization. So learn to visualize,only then you will be able to turn your visualization into reality. The subconscious mind of people is active all the day,But at night Just before sleeping our  subconscious mind becomes the most active. If you think well all the day,but at night when you go to sleep if you think negative at that time, you will not find any good results of all day's good thinking. So before sleeping at night think good.



Habit no 2-  Throw worries in the dustbin 


before sleeping at night,write down all the bad thinking on a paper.Write  whatever is troubling you.Write exactly as you are thinking. Actually our brain remind the bad thoughts or disturbing thoughts  very rapidly.But when you have to write it again and again,then all of your worries will get faded.You can also speak this a new way of thinking,where you think with the pen not with the brain.By doing all this, your mind will not be able to worry much,Because whenever you get all the worries in your mind then you have to write all that. Many successful people have found good results using this process.



Habit no 3-Affirmation


affirmation is the audio transcription of your imagination.Write down all these  in a paper-What do you want to be in life,How to see yourself in different areas of life?What change in life? Why do you want this change?What can you do for this?And read that paper loudly every morning,or make a audio recording and listen to it, putting headphone every morning.There are many scientific researches on this affirmation  process,In a research of the North Eastern State University of America a very good positive change has been observed within two weeks through this process. This process has worked well in a lot of people but this process is not for those people who think this process is unrealistic.Affirmation is one type of mental yoga by which human's mind slowly moves towards positivity.



Habit no 4-Gratitude


You have seen a lot of people around you who complain all the time,As his house is not good,his car is not good,no one help him etc.There is a law in the Universe,If you complain so much, your trouble increases proportionally. If you think of yourself as poor all the time, or try to show yourself poor, then you will never be able to get rich. Therefore, stop complaining all the time and thank God for whatever he has given you.There are so many people on this earth who do not have arms, legs,eyes etc.,But those who have it all do not show any gratitude to god. This is a bad habit, because of which we always lose all that we have Instead of making them the best.And we can not appreciate what we have.RhondaByrne in his book "The Magic" describes the word  gratitude as a magical word.he said that gratitude works like magic,whenever you begin to grateful,  Changes in your life begin to come.



Habit no 5-Remember your death


This is such a powerful habit that, by practicing it all the problems on the way of your success will seems to be  very small,you will stop scaring for your weakness,This habit will help you take a bigger decisions.This is to remember your death,Founder of Apple Steve Jobs Had said he got up every morning standing in front of the mirror and watched himself and asked himself that,"If today was the last day for me, would I do the same thing that I am going to do today?"You will have to do exactly the same thing,if your answer is 'no' and if it continues for next few days then you have to think that you have to make changes in your life. By doing all this you can succeed and may be able to overcome the problems of life.
